    Position Objective: Stock Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the seamless flow of products from the stockroom to the sales floor. Stock Coordinator works closely with store management, sales associates, and other team members to uphold a high standard of organization. Key Responsibility: Process: Receive merchandize and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information Inspect the quality of the products and report the discrepancies to store manager / assistant store manager about damaged products. Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise to prevent damage. Classify and stock the products in the stock room as per the store procedures to ensure quick availability of the product. Tag the newly arrived stock and / or return the products as per the instruction of senior Assist the sales staff in replenishing stocks on the shelves in order to ensure availability of products at all times Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping standards Flexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival period Must be physically fit and ability of heavy lifting of around 10kgs of weight. Record the inventory inward / outward and maintain the report of the same Check for missing price tags and report the same Assist during Stock Take processes Desired Experience: The ideal Stock Coordinator in a retail company should have strong organizational Skills with familiarity with warehouse management system to keep track and manage stock. Previous experience in a similar stock, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.

What you'll be doing - Daily collection and delivery of mail from PO Box and transfer to office mail room when assigned - Delivery of all inter-office/inter-company mail covering all offices and the warehouse - Finalize all custom-related documentaon - Deliver all sensitive/confidential inter-office/inter-company mail to the specified recipient and secure signed receipt in the dispatch book - Report any/all incident(s)/occasion(s) of misplaced/lost mail - Provide the necessary assistance in the tracing and tracking of mail (delivered and undelivered) - Transfer of visitors and new employees to and from the airport/hotel/offices - Comply strictly with the route and schedule as assigned - Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks when necessary - Report any/all maintenance issues - Conduct aestaon tasks, bank visits, passport pick-up, etc. - Keep the assigned vehicles clean inside and out - Ensure that the company vehicle assigned is used exclusively for company business only - Report any/all accidents at the first possible instant - Strict adherence to all traffic and road safety regulations - Assist on the administrative needs in the department (Photocopying, Binding, Shredding, Office upkeep) - Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner - Follow all relevant administrative policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner - Implement activities under minimal supervision - Maintain cleanliness in the office premises - Perform other duties as required - Provide beverage service for the allocated department What you’ll need to succeed - Valid Bahrani Driving License - Strong English communication skills - Basic Microsoft Word skills What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.     Objective: This position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods using heavy vehicles between warehouses, retail outlets, and customer locations. The role ensures compliance with transport regulations, vehicle safety standards, and company delivery procedures to support efficient logistics operations. Key Responsibility: Operate heavy vehicles to transport goods as per assigned delivery schedules and routes. Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and perform routine inspections before and after trips. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company transport policies. Coordinate with the transport supervisor and warehouse teams for accurate loading and unloading of goods. Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel consumption records, and trip reports. Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays to the transport supervisor immediately. Assist in basic vehicle upkeep such as checking tire pressure, oil levels, and cleanliness. Support last-mile delivery coordination when required. Comply with all regulatory requirements related to heavy vehicle operation, including licensing and rest periods. Desired Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience driving heavy vehicles in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution setting. Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Category 4 or equivalent). Familiarity with local routes, navigation tools, and basic vehicle troubleshooting. Strong focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Ability to handle documentation and communication related to delivery operations.
